4. Only pay attention to the quality of the plunger and nozzle needle valve parts, not the quality of the oil valve parts. The function of the oil outlet valve is to seal and separate the oil cavity of the plunger from the high-pressure oil pipe to avoid backflow; the second is to stop the oil supply during rapid decompression to ensure that the nozzle is simply cut off. Many failures of diesel engines are caused by poor quality or wear of valve couplers.

5. Only pay attention to the state of the valve and valve seat, not the quality of the valve spring. When a valve leaks, people are accustomed to checking the valve and valve seat, ignoring the quality of the valve spring. It should be pointed out that the insufficient elasticity of the valve spring is also one of the reasons for the valve leakage failure.
